Vintage 18k Yellow Gold Italian Horn: Good Luck Charm Cornicello Pendant

This Vintage 18k Italian Horn Charm is fabulous! The charm has a nice size, lovely shaping and a polished finish. The loop has an interior measurement of approximately 5.1 x 7.4 mm. The horn is hollow and is marked 750 for 18k gold on the hanging loop. It tests for 18k gold (not plated or filled) and is in nice vintage condition and is ready to be worn and enjoyed.

The Italian Horn is known as a cornicello or cornetto, Italian for "little horn" or "hornlet". It is an Italian amulet or talisman worn to protect against the evil eye and bad luck in general. It's also thought by some to promote fertility and virility. It can be worn by a man or a woman. This one is larger than most making it extra special. We can't promise that the Italian Horn will bring Good Luck, but who knows? It's certainly a great conversation piece and is a unique vintage item! This is a beautiful piece and would make a nice addition to any collection!
