These Vintage 14k Gold Blue Sapphire and Diamond Earrings each earring feature a faceted oval cut natural blue sapphire stone measuring approximately 4 x 5.5 mm accented with a halo of twelve full cut natural diamonds weighing approximately .02 carats each, I color, I1 clarity. There are approximately .50 carats of diamonds in total. The sapphires have a navy blue color and the diamonds sparkle! These earrings are nicely made and have a very classic look. The earrings are marked and test for solid 14k gold and have posts with solid 14k gold replacement push on backs. They are also marked BH, a mark used by jewelry designer and manufacturer Effy Hematian who started his business in 1979. These earrings are in nice vintage condition and are ready to be worn and enjoyed. Sapphires are said to protect loved ones. They are also a symbol of wisdom, loyalty, truth and sincerity. Sapphire is the September birthstone. These beautiful earrings can be worn with both casual and dressy outfits. Give them as a special gift or keep them as a special treasure for yourself!
