Cameos are valued in part based on how pleasing the subject is to the eye. This one is very pretty. The cameo setting is unmarked but tests for 10k gold. The pin in back seems to have been replaced and is in good working order. There is also a hinged loop on the back so you can wear this cameo as a pendant if desired. This pin is in nice vintage condition.
